The winery that is located next to the vineyards was established in 1991 with the purpose of producing high quality wines.

Years later, in 2008, the winery became part of the Sogrape Group; an important Portuguese family company with wine production and own distribution worldwide.
After this, an extensive improvement program was established in the winery, the barrel room and the bottling line, with the idea of improving every single step of the winemaking process. With this same idea, high tech winemaking machinery and a modern bottling line was incorporated.
